Skinner Knives

Hunters and butchers commonly use a skinning knife, which has a specialized, sweeping blade, designed to easily separate an animal’s skin from the meat and reduce the likelihood of damaging the underlying muscle.

Skinner With Gut Hook

Blade is ATS-34, stainless steel bolsters. Scales are stabilized bird's eye pine with stainless steel, pins and thong hole are stainless steel. Blade length is 3 1/2" with an overall length of 8 1/2", blade width is 1 1/2".

Elk Antler Skinner

This is a custom full tang skinner designed by the customer. Blade is 440V, guard and butt cap are brass, elk antler scales with stainless steel pins and thong tube. Blade is 4" from tip to plunge cut, handle is 4 3/4" and is 9 3/8" overall. Sheath made by Sally Martin.
